Michelle Whitley Clark

Michelle Whitley Clark has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Michelle started their career in 1999 as a Property Manager at ER Management, where they managed various properties in different locations such as McDonough, GA, Chattanooga, TN, and Birmingham, AL. In 2004, they worked at Arruth Associates as the Southeast Regional Manager and Manager of Kenley Apartments. From 2007 to 2017, they joined Abbey Residential where they held the positions of Regional Manager and later became the National Training and Marketing Director. Currently, they are working at Gateway Management Company, starting in 2017 as the Regional Vice President and eventually being promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2020.

Michelle Whitley Clark attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Public Relations / Broadcasting. Michelle obtained a degree in this field. In addition to their degree, Michelle also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became certified as an Onesite Trainer by RealPage, Inc. In 2014, they acquired a Property Manager In Charge License from the State of South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Most recently, in January 2020, Michelle obtained the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification from the National Association of Home Builders.
