Igor Mandrigin

Igor Mandrigin has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Igor started their career in 2008 as a C++/C# developer at Rawenstvo, where they worked on radio signal re-processing for radar. Igor then joined Agnitum as a Software Developer, where they created web services for error reporting and working with suspicious files.

In 2011, Igor joined Dino Systems as a Telephony Automation Lead, where they developed and integrated a telephony testing automation framework. Igor then moved on to FlexyMind in 2012, where they served as CTO and led the development of mobile games for children.

From 2013 to 2018, Igor worked at Opera Software AS, initially as an iOS Developer, then as a Team Lead, and later as a Software Architect for OPay. Igor was responsible for assembling teams, selecting technology stacks, and implementing CI/CD processes.

In 2018, Igor joined Status.im as the Core Team Lead for Mobile/Blockchain, overseeing the release process and cycles for the Status IM mobile client. Igor then joined Opera in 2020 as the Lead Crypto Researcher, where they built a roadmap for blockchain-based products and assembled an initial team.

In 2019, Igor worked for both Ethereum Foundation as a Researcher for the Erigon team, contributing to the development of the Ethereum Node Erigon and participating in research groups. Igor also joined 0xFF Consulting AB as a Founding Engineer.

Most recently, in 2021, Igor became the CTO at gateway.fm.

Igor Mandrigin completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at the Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov, from 2004 to 2010.
