Dave Fasken Cadc

Dave Fasken CADC has extensive experience in the substance use disorder treatment field, currently serving as an Engagement Specialist at Gateway Foundation since March 2020, where responsibilities include engaging with patients in a local hospital to assess their needs and provide treatment options. In addition, starting in August 2015, Dave has held the position of Director of Housing at Footprints to Recovery, while previously serving as Housing Manager at Greater Illinois Sober Living from August 2015 to 2020.
