Chainsingh Rathore has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as VP - Talent Acquisition & Operations at Gateway Group of Companies since July 2018, after progressing through roles including AVP and Senior Manager in the same field. Prior to this, Chainsingh held positions in various organizations, such as Talent Acquisition at Rishabh Software and Human Resource Business Partner at Aircel. Early career experience includes roles at Task Staffing Solutions, VisionTree Consultancy, QX Ltd., and iCall India. Chainsingh possesses advanced degrees in Leadership & Change Management and an MBA in Human Resource and BPO Management, complemented by a BCA in Computers.
