Pratik Mehta

Pratik is the the Group COO & CSO North America, and heads the global operations of the company. He has over 20+ years’ experience in the global IT industry encompassing corporate business strategies, managing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence company-wide.

In addition, he strives for solid and sustainable growth with key clients, leveraging our relationships by combining them with sound business practices across the group globally.

Pratik is best known for his capability to create high performing teams, being passionate about surpassing expectations. He works closely with the Recruiting team, MarCom, Business Development and Resource Management Functions to optimize performance and dedication, cultivating a culture of excellence at Gateway.

He is very fond of sports and an avid cricket fan. Pratik has a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.
