Caitlin Clements is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis, currently serving as the Interim Regional Director and Talent Consultant at Kyo since February 2021. Previously, Caitlin held the position of Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ICAN from June 2019 to February 2021, and earlier worked as a Senior Behavior Technician at the same organization from September 2014 to March 2019. Caitlin's educational background includes a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Family Studies from the University of Washington.
