Lily Sarafan is an accomplished executive and leader with extensive experience in healthcare, technology, and education sectors. As the Executive Chair and CEO of TheKey since 2005, Lily has focused on transforming long-term care at home through data-driven operations and innovative solutions. In addition to leadership at TheKey, Lily serves on the Board of Trustees at Stanford University, where various roles include Co-Chair of the Presidential Search Committee and Vice Chair of the Freeman Spogli Institute Council. Current board memberships include Instacart, Thumbtack, and Kyo, among others. Lily is also a Founding Partner of Project BIG at Stanford Neurology and an appointed member of the Governor's Task Force on Alzheimer’s and Aging. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University, complemented by certifications in Complex Neuroimmunology and Big Data in Precision Health. Additionally, Lily is recognized as a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute and a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum.
