Amy Lopez has extensive experience in customer service and claims management, currently serving as a Medical Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance since July 2018. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Customer Service Manager at Gateway One Lending & Finance, where responsibilities included overseeing customer interactions and ensuring service quality. From October 2014 to July 2018, Amy was also the Customer Service Manager for the East region at Gateway One Lending & Finance LLC. Additionally, Amy worked as a Client Manager at Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC from April 2007 to August 2014, where duties encompassed managing customer service and collections for M&I Bank, now BMO Harris Bank, along with overseeing the training and Quality Assurance Department.
