Founded and established in 2015 by its CEO Christian who started as a virtual assistant for a real estate firm in the US that tasked him to create and manage a team of virtual assistants to work on a project for a lead generation campaign. After that project, being armed with extensive knowledge he acquired through trainings and self education and by understanding all of the work processes, system tools and techniques on business process outsourcing, he then moved to starting his own company that offers virtual assistant services to professionals and business owners in the US. Gateway Outsourcing started out by specializing in lead generation services through cold calling for Insurance and Real Estate professionals. Two years after, the company added to its service offerings other types of virtual assistant services such as executive assistance, bookkeeping, customer service and other related services. Gateway Outsourcing has been providing services for more than 5 years and is constantly growing to now having a pool of more than 120 virtual assistants who are all based in the Philippines, all of whom works from home and have at least 3 years of experience in the industry.
