Kimberly Thro

Kimberly Thro has a diverse range of work experience. Kimberly began their career as a Research Assistant at Saint Louis University, working in the Cognitive Neuroscience of Stress Lab from 2015 to 2016. Kimberly then continued their research work at Washington University in St. Louis as a Research Assistant in the Saint Louis Personality and Aging Network (SPAN) Lab in 2016. In 2017, Kimberly joined Saint Louis University again as a Graduate Assistant, where they also served as a Qualitative Researcher in 2018. Kimberly then moved on to the North City Food Hub in 2018, taking on the role of Evaluation Coordinator until 2019. Currently, Kimberly Thro is working as the Association Director of Community Health at Gateway Region YMCA, a position they have held since October 2019.

Kimberly Thro earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology with a Concentration in Health and Medicine from Saint Louis University in 2017. Kimberly then went on to pursue a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) at the same institution, specializing in Behavioral Science and Health Education (BSHE) and Epidemiology. Kimberly completed their M.P.H. degree in 2019.
