Laura Quentin

Laura Quentin has over 15 years of diverse experience in client management, customer service, and education. Currently serving as a Client Account Manager at Premium Retail Services since 2007, Laura partners with clients to develop program materials and guide retail merchandisers. In addition, Laura holds a position as Member Service Associate - Shift Leader at Gateway Region YMCA since 2015, where responsibilities include implementing customer service policies and fostering positive member relations. Previous roles include serving as a Shopping Concierge for Westfield, as well as working as a substitute teacher in both Parkway School District and Northwest R-1 School District. Prior to these roles, Laura was the Purchasing Manager and Project Specialist at Turf Professionals Equipment Co., managing product distribution and showroom displays. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Tourism from St. Louis Community College.
