Lisa Harley

Lisa Harley is an experienced leader in the YMCA organization, currently serving as the Executive Director at Gateway Region YMCA since June 2022. Harley has previously held the position of Associate Executive Director at O’Fallon IL YMCA and Granite YMCA, along with executive leadership roles at the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown. Harley's extensive background in membership and community engagement at various YMCA branches includes developing branch boards, coordinating volunteer programs, and enhancing member experiences. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University and an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from Southwestern Illinois College.
