Megan Touchette

Megan Touchette, MA has a diverse work experience. Megan began their career in 2006 as a Radio Intern and Promotions Coordinator at 1380 ESPN Radio, where they created content and hosted a celebrity gossip segment. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Memorial Hospital - Belleville, IL as a Social Media and Digital Specialist, responsible for coordinating and promoting community events, managing social media, and creating advertisements and web content. In 2016, they joined Gateway Region YMCA as the Association Digital Communications Manager, where they led digital campaigns, managed the association's digital channels, and implemented the content calendar. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, and they currently hold the role of Association Marketing & Communications Director.

Megan Touchette, MA earned a Master's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lindenwood University in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2011. In 2008, Megan obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southwestern Illinois College.
