Shelly Norkaitis

Shelly Norkaitis has extensive experience in leadership roles within the YMCA, serving as Executive Director, Early Childhood Director, and YMCA Minier ECEC Director at the Gateway Region YMCA since 2002. Additionally, Shelly Norkaitis has held the position of Associate Executive Director at the O'Fallon/Tri-County Family YMCA since October 2012. Prior experience includes a tenure as Branch Manager at PNC Bank from May 2015 to October 2015. Shelly Norkaitis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
