The Gateway Region YMCA has a long and experienced leadership team with a history of working in various YMCAs, educational institutions, and businesses. Many of the leaders have their education in fields such as management, health and physical education, business administration, child development, recreation management, and corporate communications. The team also has experience working in other companies such as Schneider National, Anheuser-Busch, Fleishman-Hillard, and the U.S. House of Representatives.
