Sarah Crenshaw has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Physician Practice Manager at Gateway Regional Medical Center since March 2004. In this role, Sarah oversees multi-specialty practices that include General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Urology, Pulmonology, Geriatrics, Hand & Spine Surgery, and Podiatry. Prior to this position, Sarah worked as a Medical Assistant at General And Vascular Surgical Associates, P.C. from September 2001 to March 2005.
