Helen Newbold

Helen Newbold is currently serving as the Regional Manager Operations for Gateway Services Inc. in Southern California. Previously, Helen held the role of Office Manager at Guardian Animal Aftercare and volunteered at SoCal Golden Retriever Rescue undertaking home interviews for adoption families. Helen also volunteered at Soul2soul Equine Therapy assisting individuals with learning difficulties and drug rehabilitation programs. Prior to that, Helen worked as a Claims Service Manager at Aviva and held various roles at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., including Claims Relationship Executive, Claims Negotiator, and Claims Handler, focusing on customer-centric claims solutions and service delivery.
