Michele Charles, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Sales Operations at Gateway Services Inc. since March 2024 and is a member of the Board of Directors at St John's Kilmarnock School, where Michele chairs the Finance & Audit Committee and previously chaired the Development & Facilities Committee. Michele has held notable positions at Postmedia Network Inc. as Vice President Finance and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from June 2021 to June 2024, and at BlackBerry from October 2008 to June 2021 in various roles including Director of Corporate Sourcing and Contract Services. Prior experience includes a Senior Financial Analyst position at General Mills and a Financial Analyst role at Manulife Financial. Michele holds a CMA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and is pursuing a Certificate in Blockchain, Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency from Dalhousie University, in addition to a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
