Rachel Carafiello has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the veterinary industry and sales. Rachel began their career as a Kennel Assistant at Marta's Vineyard Canine Resort in 1996 and later worked as a Veterinary Assistant at Southbury Veterinary Hospital and VCA Cat Hospital Philadelphia. Rachel then became a Veterinary Technician at Mill Plain Veterinary Clinic, where they eventually moved into the role of Practice Manager. In 2016, they joined Midwest Veterinary Supply as a Territory Sales Manager. In 2021, Rachel transitioned to Gateway Services Inc., starting as a Business Development Manager and then progressing to the role of Strategic Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Sales at Gateway Services Inc. alongside their self-employment as a Freelance Designer, Photographer, and Fine Artist since 2003.
Rachel Carafiello obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Naugatuck Valley Community College, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In 2017, they also obtained a certification as a Fear Free Certified Professional from Fear Free, LLC.
