Gabe Remar

Gabe Remar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Gabe started their career as a Litigation Paralegal specializing in eDiscovery at Leonard Carder LLP from May 2011 to May 2017, where they utilized ediscovery software to streamline the collection and production of documents for discovery purposes.

Gabe then joined ABA Search & Staffing as a Legal Recruiter from June 2017 to September 2018, where they specialized in placing attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support specialists. Gabe also worked with professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, HR, and compliance fields.

Gabe joined Lyft in October 2018 and held multiple roles within the company. Gabe started as a Business Recruiter for Legal and Recruiting for Recruiters, then became a Senior Business Recruiter from September 2019 to February 2020. Later, they transitioned to a Technical Recruiter - Mobile from February 2020 to March 2021. From March 2021 to April 2022, they held the position of a Technical Recruiting Manager, leading various recruiting teams including Mobile, Engineering Managers, Infra, Security, and Specialized Eng.

In April 2022, Gabe joined Retool as a Technical Recruiting Manager. Gabe led the Engineering and Product Recruiting teams, managing a team of seven recruiters and sourcers.

Currently, Gabe is the Recruiting Lead at Gather, starting from December 2023. Gabe oversees IC hiring, Recruiting Ops, Onboarding, and the development of compensation bands for the company. Gather is focused on building an AI product that enables users to gather all their digital context with one click.
