Troy Gill

Troy Gill is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef (North) and Head Chef at Gather & Gather since November 2021. Prior roles include Head Chef at Cygnet Health Care from August 2020 to October 2021, a series of positions at Whitbread from February 2007 to April 2020, including Head Chef, Skills Trainer, and Food Director at Pdp Holdings from September 2018 to June 2019. Additionally, Troy held the title of Head Chef at Giraffe Restaurants from August 2013 to August 2016. Culinary education took place at Whitcliffe Mount School from September 2003 to October 2008.
