Elisa Miller-Out is an experienced professional actively involved in various roles supporting entrepreneurship and innovation. As a Managing Partner at Chloe Capital since August 2016, Miller-Out has been instrumental in fostering investment opportunities for women-led ventures. In addition, Miller-Out serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at both Cornell University and Southern Tier Startup Alliance, and as an Instructor at the National Science Foundation, providing guidance and mentorship to startups, particularly in clean energy as an Innovation Advisor for NYSERDA. Miller-Out's leadership extends to board positions at Dimensional Energy and Switch, where the latter evolved from Women 2.0, an international community aimed at empowering tech leaders. Educationally, Miller-Out holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from Columbia University and Barnard College, both earned between 1993 and 1997.
