Kayla Graves

Kayla Graves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event coordination and team leadership. Currently serving as a Tradeshow Coordinator at Gathr Outdoors since April 2023, Kayla previously held several roles at ORCA from October 2017 to April 2023, including Team Lead for the Consumer and Warranty Team and Warranty Manager, where Kayla significantly improved customer satisfaction through new warranty policies. Earlier career positions included Event Specialist at Gathr Outdoors and various roles in customer service and operations at Freeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality-Event Management from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Motlow State Community College.
