Ravneet Gill

Ravneet Gill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Biology Lab Technician Co-op at the Community College of Philadelphia in 2012, where they gained practical knowledge and performed complex laboratory experimentation. After that, they worked as a Lab Pre-treatment Services Chemical and Environmental Co-op at Delcora- Delaware County Regional Water Authority, analyzing samples and conducting tests to ensure water pollution control requirements were met.

In 2014, Ravneet became a Technical Recruiter / Account Manager at Instant Brains LLC, where they interviewed and screened candidates, coordinated communications between candidates and employers, and focused primarily on recruiting technology and business professionals.

They then joined Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company as a Recruiter, Scientific and Clinical, recruiting for leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies. They submitted and scheduled interviews for candidates and standardized resumes based on company templates.

At BusinessOne Consulting Inc, Ravneet worked as a Consultant-Lead Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment for a leading telecommunications company. They also vetted and onboarded new recruiting corps to enhance candidate search.

Ravneet then joined Computer Futures as a Recruitment Consultant, where they onboarded clients and built partnerships with hiring managers. They successfully hired candidates for roles such as data scientists, software engineers, and quality control professionals.

In 2019, they joined Juniper Networks as a Talent Acquisition professional, where they fulfilled recruiting needs for the CTO engineering team, from intern hires to senior director roles.

After that, Ravneet worked at Agile Brains Consulting as a Business Development Specialist, focusing on providing technology solutions and consulting services to enterprise customers. They also offered customized training courses based on customer needs, specializing in areas such as Agile, DevOps, and Cyber Security.

Most recently, Ravneet joined ChargePoint as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, contributing to the company's talent acquisition efforts as a consultant.

In 2023, they will begin working as a Technical Recruiter at Gatik.

Ravneet Gill obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, with a focus in Organismal Physiology, from Drexel University. In addition, they have also achieved certifications in CDSP (Diversity Sourcing) from diversity sourcing and in the Instructor Certification Program (ICP) from ICAgile.
