Momoko Ueda

Momoko Ueda is the Deputy Director of Talent Management at Gatsby Africa since August 2025, following a tenure at SanlamAllianz where roles included Mergers and Acquisitions Manager and Integration Manager for Tanzania. Ueda has extensive experience in talent management, having served as a Learning Specialist and Talent Management Associate at Allianz from August 2014 to April 2021. Earlier, Ueda worked as a Learning Consultant and Mini-Kindergarten Lead at Eltern-Kind Zentrum Schwabing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Learning Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from the English Language Centre York, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of York.
