Elliott Bryant-Jeffries MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Elliott is currently the Head of HR at Gattaca, where they are responsible for the operational side of HR, Facilities, Admin Support, and Global HR. Elliott focuses on embedding the company's culture and values, creating a high-performance culture across the organization. In their previous role as the Head of HR Operations at VIVID, they led a team of 6 and managed employee relations, recruitment, HR processes, procedures, and administration. Elliott has also held various HR roles at Southampton Football Club, including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager/Interim HR Director, Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, and HR Co-ordinator. During their tenure at the club, they implemented strong HR frameworks, policies, and recruitment models, driving high performance and talent attraction. Elliott started their career at the NHS, where they served in different HR assistant roles, focusing on regional, national, and pay & support services.

Elliott Bryant-Jeffries MCIPD obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Management with HRM from the University of Southampton, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Elliott further pursued their education at Solent University, where they earned a Post-graduate Certificate & Diploma in Personnel & Development, specializing in Human Resource Management from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Elliott Bryant-Jeffries MCIPD has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. Elliott is a certified practitioner in Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) from Thomas International, which they obtained in March 2019. Elliott is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Furthermore, they have received certifications in Disciplinary, Grievance & Dismissal, Employment Contracts In Depth, and a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement from the CIPD and the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), respectively.
