Doug Hilton

Doug Hilton began working for Gaudenzia in a contractor capacity and HR leader in March 2020. He was promoted to Chief People Officer in August 2020 where is responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resources function for all Regions of Gaudenzia.

Before working at Gaudenzia, Doug was Chief Human Resources Officer at GeoBlue in King of Prussia, PA. He began his HR career in the late 1980s as a Benefits Specialist for Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago IL. Soon after he assumed increased HR leadership roles at Underwriter’s Laboratories, ADP, Amazon, Ericsson, and Inframark. Doug also served on the Board of Directors for 3 years at The Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy and continues as chair of their Mentoring Program.
