Emilie st-Onge

Emilie St-Onge currently serves as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Gaudreau Environnement Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Emilie held the position of Conseillère en ressources humaines at Aliments Trans Gras Inc. from October 2019 to January 2021 and was Responsable des ressources humaines at Avicomax Inc (Cericola Farms) from September 2011 to September 2019. Emilie's expertise includes collective insurance administration, workplace health and safety management, disability and CSST claims management, payroll management, recruitment strategies, training management, and labor relations. Academically, Emilie holds a DESS in Ergonomie from Polytechnique Montréal (2017-2020), a degree in administration from Université de Sherbrooke (2008-2011), and a DEC in Sciences nature from Champlain Regional College (2004-2006).
