Dayna Cobarrubias

Dayna Cobarrubias is the Director of DEI at United Talent Agency, overseeing strategic partnerships, programs, and initiatives to realize UTA's vision of inclusion. Dayna is also a Member at Chief, an organization for powerful women executives. Additionally, Dayna serves as a Cultural Insights Leader at Gauge, connecting brands with diverse cultural leaders. With a background in diversity & inclusion, development, and operations at Teach For America and The Posse Foundation, Dayna has a strong foundation in creating inclusive environments and building strategic partnerships. Dayna holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in Sociology from Stanford University.
