Rebecca O'Neill

Rebecca O'Neill is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and communications. Currently serving as Managing Director at Gauge since October 2020, Rebecca also teaches yoga at Y7. Previously, Rebecca held key positions including Executive Director at The Robertson Center at Success Academy and Vice President at Civic Entertainment Group, LLC. During an extensive tenure at Teach For America, Rebecca progressed through various roles focusing on communications. Rebecca began their career as an External Relations Associate at Achievement First and has experience in marketing as a Marketing Associate at WNET.ORG and as a Red Sox Foundation Fellow. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Public & International Affairs from Princeton University and a Master's in African American Studies from Columbia University.
