Manju Gaur

Ms. Manju Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group is one of those few Indian women entrepreneurs who etched a successful trail in the realty sector not only because of her business acumen but also for the values she brings into the industry. Along with her skillful approaches towards entrepreneurship, she has always shown keen interest in philanthropic causes also. While she calls herself a warrior in Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's Swachha Bharat Mission, the group looks up to her as a visionary in the same regard.

As a responsible citizen of the country, she has paid special attention to environmental causes in the NCR region. Some notable work under her ownership are, support for Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan on all the Gaurs project sites, construction of toilets in Govardhan Parikrama Marg, Mathura, tree plantation drive at construction & project sites; and one of her most successful "Zero Garbage City" initiative at the delivered project sites where every day almost 43000 kg of garbage from the households is completely processed and turned into manure.

Mrs. Manju Gaur has been recently appointed as the Convener of the Delhi NCR Chapter of CREDAI Women's Wing. As stated by her, women have a better understanding of transforming a house into a home and hence they will surely succeed in leadership positions in the real estate sector.

Along with all other responsibilities she has also been heading the education venture of the group since its inception. The Gaurs group is running Gaurs International School, Greater Noida West, successfully, along with a Junior wing of GISs. They plan to open two more branches at Gaur Yamuna City & Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad soon. Inspired by the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao initiative of our Honorable Prime Minister, under her guidance, the school has started evening classes for girls of underprivileged families till Class 12th. More than 280 girls have enrolled themselves for free education under this initiative and their dreams have been given wings.

She says, "At Gaurs, we don't just build houses with brick and cement, we build dream homes. As a group, we want to be recognized as a brand with the highest level of customer satisfaction where our customers would willingly endorse us. We very soon plan to expand our domain to many more cities in the country."
