An eminent name in the Indian real estate industry, Manoj Gaur is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Gaurs Group and the Vice President - North, CREDAI National. He is currently the Chair of Housing and Urban Development Committee PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI). Gaurs Group (also known as Gaursons) is one of the leading real estate developers in the country today with almost 50000+ delivered and another 20000+ under-construction property units.

Under Manoj Gaur's eminent leadership and vision, Gaurs Group has consistently delivered superior construction quality and on-time possession for all its projects throughout, since the last 26 years. With his meticulous thought process and leadership qualities, he is a strong believer of Honorable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi's "Housing for all" mission and that has enabled him to create massive footprints in the affordable housing segment.
