Maria Paula Ardila Moreno

Maria Paula Ardila Moreno has extensive work experience in sales and design. Maria Paula began their career in 2006 as an Administrator and Store Designer for Duna Muebles Ltda. In the same year, they also began working as a Master Altek Designer and Altek Glass Manager for Tornilleria Industrial LTDA. Her roles included developing design alternatives for modular spaces, coordinating administrative, commercial and productive processes of the plant, and establishing management tools for processes of inventory management. In 2010, they became an Assistant Manager for AKTRONS MUEBLES Y SISTEMAS S.A, where they supported design, commercialization and production processes of the office line, and reduced plant waste by 5%. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance Bancolombia Project for Solinoff Corporation S.A, and as a Manager and Cake Designer for Marys Cakes SAS. In their role as Manager and Cake Designer, they developed the brand, products and commercial, marketing and sales strategy of the bakery and pastry line. In 2021, they began working as the Latin America Sales Manager for Gauzy.

Maria Paula Ardila Moreno has a diverse educational background. In 2000, they received a Magna Cum Laude Degree in Industrial Design from Universidad de Los Andes. In 2009, they completed a Specialization in Marketing Intelligence from the same university. Later that same year, they completed a Short Course in Packaging Design and Development from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. In 2011, they completed a Short Course in Auditor interno ISO 9001:2008 from Bureau Veritas and a Technician in Pastry Chef from Escuela de Gastronomía Mariano Moreno Ecuador. In 2019, they completed a Short Course in Finances for Non Financial from Universidad de La Sabana and a Short Course in Operations Management from the University of Cape Town.
