Armelle Sarda

Armelle Sarda has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the HR Senior Manager for Recruitment at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance since November 2014. In this role, Armelle is the sole in-house recruiter responsible for all staff recruitments based in Geneva and manages the recruitment budget as well as various projects, including the redesign of the career website. Prior to Gavi, Armelle held positions at Ryan Miller & Associates, Spencer Stuart, and Lutz & Partners International Executive Search, specializing in executive search across various sectors. Early career experience includes work as an International Marketing Intern at L'Oreal and managing staffing services at Discovery Staffing. Armelle holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Psychology and Spanish Literature.
