Ashley Germann

Ashley Germann is a Program Officer at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, where responsibilities include leading critical analyses for the First Response Fund, a $500 million financing mechanism aimed at supporting countries in responding to emerging outbreaks. Prior roles at Gavi also encompassed data analysis for COVAX, where Ashley led data monitoring and analytics, and as a consultant focusing on performance monitoring and reporting. Previous experiences involve research assistance at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, contributing to systematic reviews and managing data collection on HIV risk among populations in Ethiopia. Additional roles include a Community Health Fellow position at LifeLong Medical Care and an intern with the Office of Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
