Sonja Hunziker

Sonja Hunziker is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance since November 2011, with roles focused on COVAX and overall talent and performance management. Prior experience includes HR advisory roles at Genea (formerly Sydney IVF) from September 2007 to May 2011 and at Resolve FM from 2005 to 2007. Sonja has enhanced expertise through various educational qualifications, including a CEDR accredited mediator degree from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, CIPD certification in Strategic Workforce Planning, and a range of health and project management certifications from noted institutions such as Henley Business School and the Australian Institute of Management.
