Kyle Billups

Kyle Billups is the Director of Information Technology at Gavilan College. Kyle has previously worked for the GAVILAN JOINT COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT (INC).

Kyle Billups has a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Kyle Billups reports to Kathleen A. Rose, Superintendent & President. They work with Lucy Alvarez - Director of Human Resources, Michelle Anaya - Director, Business Services, and Randy Brown - Interim Dean of Student Learning and Student Success, Foundational Skills and Academic Support.
