Roberto Pantoja Porro

Roberto Pantoja Porro is a Graduate Research Engineer at Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions since September 2022, focusing on the impact of climate change on transport geo-infrastructure. Previously, as an MEng Sc Research Student at MaREI from August 2021 to July 2022, Roberto contributed to GIS-funded research on geohazard monitoring. Roberto also served as a Project Manager at Urbaser from February 2018 to January 2019, overseeing construction projects related to urban solid waste treatment, and worked as a Junior Engineer at AGUESA Agua y Energía from May 2017 to January 2018, conducting energy efficiency studies and managing grants. Roberto's educational background includes a PhD in Civil Engineering from University College Cork (2022-2026), a Master's in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering (2021-2022), and various other degrees related to civil engineering and management from respected institutions in Spain and Portugal.
