Holly Fanáh Whitrock Steele has a long history of work experience. Holly Fanáh began their career in 1988 as an Operational Specialist at Medical Charge Recovery, Inc., where they assisted their mother in starting their own hospital medical record auditing firm. Holly Fanáh then moved on to HealthcareReports.com in 1997, where they were the Executive Vice President/Co-Founder. In 2004, they began working in a private role as CFO and On-Air Talent. In 2009, they worked as a Freelance Reporter at KDVR - FOX31 Denver. In 2014, they became a Partner at Medical Business Resources. Finally, in 2015, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of GavinHeath.

Holly Fanáh Whitrock Steele attended Harding University from 1985 to 1986, majoring in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
