Sarah Hein has worked in marketing for over 15 years. Sarah began their career in 2005 as a Team Leader at IDT Global, where they evaluated the performance of sales and customer service agents and created strategies for agent improvement. In 2007, they became a Marketing Coordinator at BPCouncil, where they recruited members through mass outreach and one-on-one sales tactics. In 2009, they moved to Reconnaissance International as a Marketing Specialist. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Manager at InkSure Technologies, where they led lead generation via e-mail marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, website design/management, blogging, trade shows, and speaking engagements. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Marketing Program Manager at FST Biometrics, where they created engaging digital and print content and increased sales-ready-leads. Since 2018, they have been a Marketing Director at WishTrip. In 2022, they will become a Demand Generation Manager at Gaviti and a Director of Demand Generation at Model9.

Sarah Hein has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Bar-Ilan University, obtained in 2010, with a field of study in Business Management. Sarah also has a Bachelor of Arts from University at Albany, SUNY, obtained in 2004, with a field of study in Psychology. Additionally, Sarah has obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in February 2022, a HubSpot Inbound Certified from HubSpot in June 2014, a LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals and a LinkedIn Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn in February 2022, and a HubSpot Marketing Software from HubSpot Academy.
