Timothy Lam

Timothy Lam is a professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Manager of Asset Management at Gaw Capital since September 2022, Timothy previously held the position of Asset Manager at Savills Hong Kong, where responsibilities included managing the real estate asset “WORFU,” a joint venture project. Prior to that, Timothy worked at Link REIT for over eight years, progressing from Management Trainee to Senior Associate in Asset Management, focusing on properties in the Kwun Tong District. Timothy is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at The University of Hong Kong, building on a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology obtained from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
