As an artist, Gay's bold and vibrant paintings have been been featured in several galleries around the country including New York City, Houston, Austin and Santa Fe. Texas Monthly honored Gay as one of “10 Artists to Collect Now” and her artwork has been recognized by Paper magazine as one of “10 Must-See Art Show Openings,” Artnet in “What I buy and Why” and Tribeza magazine. Gay and her husband own and operate the historic Double Heart Ranch in the Texas Hill Country, home to Gay's private art studio and gallery, Fossil Ridge.
