Brock Phillips is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in various manufacturing environments. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Gay Lea Foods since October 2019, Brock previously held the position of Maintenance Team Lead and Millwright Electrician at Mill-Fab for Gay Lea Foods/Ivanhoe Cheese and Stirling Creamery from October 2010 to October 2019. Earlier in their career, Brock worked as a Journeyman Millwright at Mill-Fab from January 2006 to October 2010. Educational credentials include a Red Seal Trade degree in Construction and Maintenance Electrician from St. Lawrence College (2010-2013), a Red Seal Trade degree in Industrial Mechanic Millwright from Durham College (2006-2008), and a Technician Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from Loyalist College (2001-2003).
