Dorothy Orlowski

Dorothy Orlowski has extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Manager of Patient Relations & Volunteer Services at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare since August 1998. In this role, Dorothy oversees various initiatives focused on Patient Experience, Patient Satisfaction, and Patient Advocacy, with responsibilities including managing the Volunteer Group and developing patient satisfaction programs. Prior to this position, Dorothy held roles as a Certified/Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and Therapy Team Leader, providing clinical care and facilitating interdisciplinary communication.
