John Cruz

John Cruz has extensive experience in event services, currently serving as Senior Manager for Event Services at Marriott International since June 2019 and at Gaylord Hotels since April 2010. Formerly a Bell Service Manager, John has demonstrated expertise in supervising staff, ensuring efficient guest services, conducting audits, and managing client communications to ensure events meet contractual specifications. Responsibilities have included coordinating setup and breakdown of conference rooms and supporting operational needs with a focus on customer satisfaction. John holds an education from Northern Virginia Community College, completed between 2016 and 2020, and graduated from Annandale High School in 2007.
