Robert Sykes

Robert Sykes has extensive experience in both the hospitality and IT sectors. Currently, Sykes serves as the Lead Banquet Server and Star Trainer at Gaylord Hotels and also holds the position of Banquet Star Trainer at Marriott International, where responsibilities include training and guiding staff to deliver exceptional service. With a long-standing role as an IT Consultant at MYN Computing, LLC since 1999, notable projects include media production for the Holy Name Society. Previous IT roles include serving as a Cisco VoIP Field Engineer at The World Bank and an IT Manager at Centerplate, where Sykes managed IT infrastructure and helped establish a central Help Desk at FNH USA. Sykes' educational background includes degrees in Cyber Security and Electrical Engineering, complemented by training in Computer and Information Systems Security.
