Merlin Parker

Merlin Parker is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at GayRealEstate.com since March 2023, Parker specializes in supporting the LGBTQ+ community in navigating real estate transactions. As Broker-Owner of Hammer and Park Real Estate since October 2015, Parker has built a successful full-service brokerage. Previous experience includes roles as a Realtor and Residential Specialist at Keller Williams Realty Central Coast and as a Licensed Realtor at Bennion Deville Homes. Parker's career began in retail design with ownership of Room, for the Urban Home, and management at Architectural Antiques, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and operational leadership. Education was obtained from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
