Thomas Kessel

Thomas Kessel began their work experience in 2006 at Verizon Wireless, where they served as an Advanced Technical Support Lead, managing a team of 12 employees. Thomas provided coaching, conducted team meetings, and conducted performance reviews.

Later, from 2008 to 2009, Thomas worked at The Schwan Food Company as a Systems Developer, where they developed and maintained the company's intranet and various websites. Thomas also designed custom SharePoint sites and provided support to managers.

From 2009 to 2012, Thomas worked at HiPe Computer Systems as a System Designer, creating high-performance computer systems tailored to clients' needs and budgets. Thomas also provided training and support for the systems.

In 2010, Thomas started Michigan Web Pros, where they served as the Owner, Web Designer/Developer. There, they built and designed websites using the latest technologies, with a focus on user-friendliness and SEO. Thomas also provided marketing and promotional advertisements for local businesses and offered support to website users and administrators.

Most recently, since 2013, Thomas has been working at Gazelle Sports as the Director of Technology. In this role, they developed the e-commerce strategy and led the migration to different e-commerce platforms. Thomas created custom scripts and programs, taught new hires how to use various software, and managed G Suite, inventory management, and other SaaS and on-premise software.

Thomas Kessel has a BA degree in Business Administration from Bethany Lutheran College, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued further education at the Minnesota School of Business from 2010 to 2011, where they received an MBA degree specializing in Finance and Information Technology.
