Michelle Aramayo, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Michelle initially started their career as a Reporter at McCook Daily Gazette, where they created stories, conducted interviews, and managed client interactions.

Michelle Aramayo, SPHR has a high school diploma from Trenton High School, obtained in 1999. In the same year, they also studied Education at McCook Community College. Additionally, they hold certifications in "Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace" from ESSEC Business School and the "Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification" from HRCI, which they obtained in April 2021.
