José Viana

José Viana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and digital operations. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Mobile Operations at Gazeus Games since May 2017, José also contributes as Project and Product Manager. Prior experience includes significant roles at Oi, where responsibilities encompassed managing digital customer service channels and leading projects for the "Minha Oi" customer portal. José's tenure at Globo.com involved product development in entertainment and software productivity, while earlier roles at Claro focused on systems analysis and integration during the transition to GSM technology.
